The Organizing Committee of Shanghai Baoshan International Folk Arts Festival has decided to postpone the 7th Shanghai Baoshan International Folk Arts Festival until October 2011 considering the opening of “Expo 2010 Shanghai China” from May 1 to October 31, 2010.
